Building the future restoring the past

J K Construction started in 2007 when the Director completed their apprenticeship, bought a second hand van and a bag of tools.

The recession in 2007 led to rapid growth at J K Construction due to sizeable projects and labour being secured early within both the commercial and domestic markets.

By 2013 we had a fleet of vehicles, full time office staff and a management structure.

A decade later we have embarked on several joint ventures within the new build housing/apartment building sector.

We continue to build dozens of extensions, refurbishments and loft conversions to the highest of standards every year.

Our commercial aim has grown exponentially year on year with our customers including Maidstone and Pembury Hospitals, Kingstone Properties, Amazon and James Lathams to name a few.

The ambition was and still is to this day to change public perception towards the construction industry and build a reputation.

We continue to protect the future by using sustainable and eco friendly materials.
